I'm so glad I got a haircut today rather waiting until next week and risking running out of time before Rosh HaShanah. The problem was that I was letting my hair grow out so that the strip of scalp that my neurosurgeon shaved before my mid-June surgery wouldn't be so obvious. But the rest of my hair grew so long that I was beginning to look like an unevenly-constructed spaghetti mop. 😮 At least now, I look like a human being again. 🙂
